It’s easy to get caught in the loop of generating one more song, hoping this time you’ll hit the jackpot. I’m sharing what I’ve learned from my own experience: that rush of dopamine can keep you clicking, chasing something better, until you are exhausted, have endless tracks and little creative satisfaction.
The same can happen with anything you create using AI. Do as much of the creative work as you can yourself. Bring your ideas, make choices, revise, and develop your craft.

Along the way, you may discover something about yourself, see your past differently, or find comfort in what you’ve written. Songwriting can become a spiritual journey, too—one you can explore in your own way.
